Cari is a certified Women Empowered Instructor at Gracie Appleton. She greatly enjoys helping others on their journey. Whether it be for a season, for a reason, or to achieve goals of Pink belt and beyond! Cari completed the Gracie Instructor Certification program in July of 2020.
